Singer/songwriter Joseph Harry Borrelli and Guitarist Jon
Cline have been playing, writing and recording together in various bands
for many years. Joe and Jon were signed to their first recording contract
with East Coast Records while in the band "Uproar" which toured
the country with the single Driftin' Away. Driftin' Away received major radio
play across the country and stayed on Billboard's "hot 100" charts
for quite a while.
Their second record contract came from British Label, Bam Caruso Records with the British-influenced pop sound of "the Patriots." The Patriots album, Pharaoh's Land was well-reviewed and played across the country on college radio stations as well as in the U.K., France, Italy and Australia getting a 3 star review in the Philadelphia Inquirer by Philly’s own Ken Tucker.
David Cope
David Cope is a native of Philadelphia. He is influenced by the English rock of the 1960's, French art songs of the 1870's, transcendental blues, funkadelic soul, pristine synth pop and the devotional music of south India. He has written over 300 songs and continues to create music on a daily basis.
Anne Johnson
With clear vocals and acoustic instrumentation, this modern version of upbeat vintage tunes spans the 1960’s back into the early 1900’s, and puts you in a mood that might have you singing along before you know it. Anne Johnson is happy to say that her first recording of songs on the CD, “Put The Sun Back In The Sky” has already had air time on Philadelphia’s Sleepy Hollow with Chuck Elliot on WXPN 88.5. Singing locally at the Mermaid Inn in Philadelphia for the last seven years, Anne decided to record this timeless group of songs just so she could hear them for herself. “They are tunes that make me feel good when I sing them."
At her recent CD release
Party at the Mermaid Inn, Susan Bloch writes, “Anne and her supportive trio
held us close. Her singing reveals her Southern roots and both tenderness
and quiet gutsiness. She has written songs that get your heartstrings vibrating.
She also has a knack for choosing covers of whimsical old tunes that sound
kind of familiar and left me wanting more.”
In addition to Anne Johnson on vocals, the CD features Ray Duffy on guitar,
Mike Blair on bass, and John Catterall

Reverend Chris
After studying with Ellis Marsalis his decade in New Orleans led to touring the country in bands like: New Orleans Juice, Brides of Jesus, the Bradford Truby Trio & co-founding the Restless Natives with Bill Iuso and Bryan Besse. Reverend Chris has shared the stage with such artists as Irvin Mayfield, Kermit Ruffins, Derek Trucks, Bob Weir, Mark Van Allen and the New Orleans Contemporary Arts Big Band. Since Hurrican Katrina brought him to Philadelphia, Reverend Chris can be seen weekly in Chestnut Hill and has performed around the city and it's subburbs in addition to shows up and down the east coast. Most recently Reverend Chris made his debut at the Philadelphia Folk Festival with, not one, but two shows with the Mighty Rhythm Kings featuring Melissa Martin. On September 12th a live album was made at the Tavern on the Hill with upright bassist Tony Garro and percussion guru Gregory Morgan. The unique trio performed Reverend Chris's own interpretations of material origianally done by the Beatles.
